CouplesBond ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application by Loose Inc. designed to help couples strengthen their relationship through daily bonding activities. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your information.

Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide you with the CouplesBond experience:
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption) to create and manage your account.
App Usage Data: We store your activity completions, streaks, Love Score, and memory journal entries locally and/or in our database so that your progress is saved across sessions. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with anyone.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, health data, financial information, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
— Authenticate your account (sign up and log in)
— Save and display your activity progress, streaks, and memories
— Provide you with the core CouplesBond app experience
That's it. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the app's features to you.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Period.
We may use third-party infrastructure services (such as Firebase by Google) to host and store data securely. These services act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and secure password storage. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as you maintain an active CouplesBond account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from within the app under Profile settings, or by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
CouplesBond is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
— Access the personal data we hold about you
— Request correction of inaccurate data
— Request deletion of your account and data
— Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
